At Zoloreads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our procedures for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a book that is damaged or defective (e.g., torn pages, misprint), please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will require photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong book, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Change of Mind: We accept returns for unwanted items within 14 days of receipt, provided the books are in their original condition, unopened, and unused. You are responsible for return shipping costs in this case.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@zoloreads.uk or call us at +44 844 986 0963 within the applicable timeframe (14 days). Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photographic evidence if the item is damaged or incorrect.
  2. We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Carefully package the item to prevent damage during return shipping. We recommend using the original packaging if possible.

3. Return Shipping

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Zoloreads will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs upon receiving proof of postage.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
  • Restocking fee : No cost
